About Us The Morrow Group, LLC is a privately held Texas based Limited Liability Company operating in Houston, Texas as a Placement Agency for Oil and Gas Companies. Our agency works closely with both the - "employer and candidate." Founded in 2002 by Marc M. Morrow, our Chief Executive Officer, who has a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry working on drilling rigs in Northwest Louisiana for his Father’s oil company then later having a P/L responsibility of running a Nationally recognized regional Publicly Traded Staffing Company named TeamStaff, Morrow incorporated in 2007. Morrow has taken his education with a Bachelors in Science from the University of Houston, his experience and relationships in the oil patch, and staffing to combine these strengths into a premier Executive Placement Agency.
The Morrow Group Agency, works with upstream, mid-stream, and service companies involved in the Oil business. We partner with a client’s human resource department to work hand and hand with the management team to identify the right talent for the hiring managers.
