Position Location: Houston, Texas

Client operates in over 90 countries serving independent, international and national oil companies. Our service network is organized into 23 Geomarkets operating in 9 regions and 2 hemispheres. Region and Geomarket management teams work to understand customer needs and coordinate delivery of individual products and comprehensive service solutions that include the right company technologies for the project.
Job Dimensions:
A member of the Client Reservoir Solutions team reporting to the Director of Mature Field Optimization, the Manager of Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) Solution will set direction and lead the future developments of Inc.integrated EOR solution. The incumbent will be responsible for integrating field development best practices with EOR techniques and technologies to provide clients with a fully integrated life of field EOR solution.
The Manager of EOR Solutions will be required to:
• Identify opportunities to augment and improve the IOR and EOR solutions and services.
• Lead work programs and client projects to develop and optimize life of field EOR solutions that span reservoir simulation screening studies, chemicals screening, wells and facility requirements, pilot execution, and effectiveness monitoring.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with all relevant internal and client stakeholders to ensure that the EOR solution meets business objectives.
• Manage and work with technical experts and vendors as required to deliver effective EOR solutions.
• Maintain contact with recognized Industry bodies and associations to ensure relevant Industry technologies are known to ClientI and introduced where value adding.
• Play an active role in steering EOR research and development programs.
Expertise:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their technical experience in field development and reservoir management related activities. These activities should include a range of projects with a global scope and proven track record of adding value through insightful contribution in production performance and reserves recovery through application of IOR and EOR solutions, utilizing the full range of techniques and technology available.

• Have in depth expertise in specialist area in reservoir engineering.
• The ability to solve complex problems without previously established procedures.
• Have direct experience of leading integrated, multi-disciplinary, field development and depletion activities. Setting objectives and priorities to achieve maximum business impact within budget and timeline constraints.
• Be conversant in all aspects of Field Development planning and can create overall solutions, which are optimized to the needs of the client. These solutions cover technical, operational and financial elements with assessments of associated risks.
• In-depth understanding of related software applications.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Establishes the role as a technical leader and is sought out as a consultant to other projects/locations as well as coach and mentor less experienced team members/colleagues.
• Acts as a consulting expert to the local geomarket marketing and sales staff to ensure that the customers' technical needs are clearly understood and defined in order to prepare effective solutions
• Take oversight of the delivery of technical work according to agreed project scopes and deadlines. Lead the QA/QC process of Peer Assist and Review.

Experience:
Minimum 15 years of upstream experience. Candidates with a proven track record in field development and previous experience of EOR projects with an Operator preferred.
Fluent in technical challenges associated with field development and reserves recovery in general with in depth knowledge of IOR and EOR applications and the effect they have on enhancing reserves recovery.
Cognizant of the impact of well and reservoir monitoring technologies and surface facilities as applied to IOR and EOR operations.
Demonstrated career progression in field of expertise.
Bachelors degree required, post graduate degrees preferred.
