Commercial Manager (PERM position): This is a Project based position, and not a departmental or director level position. This position shall include change order management (identification, creation, negotiation) and will require long term (2-3 months) travel to India and Mexico. Bi-lingual preferred but not mandatory. Job Summary: Minimum Experience: Over 10 years of project experience Able to manage and lead a team Worked on Global EPCI projects Oil and Gas Contractor experience preferred Skills: Advanced Contract Negotiation and Management Posses expertise in creation and negotiation of Change Orders Correspondence Management Stakeholder Management â€“ internal and external clients Subcontract Management Good understanding of Project Controlsâ€
