Description:
Focus primarily on offshore services for rotating and reciprocating equipment). Job Responsibilities: 1. Plan, coordinate and manage the build out of the new Offshore Services operations including personnel and customer base. 2. Oversee the implementation of Business Plan for Offshore operations. 3. Work with Senior Management to ensure overall company initiatives are achieved. 4. Manage Day to Day operations of Offshore Services Team. 5. Responsible for Managing and reviewing profit and loss statements for Offshore operations. 6. Assist in preparation of Annual Budget for Offshore operations. 7. Work with the Business Development Team to develop and maintain customer accounts, including utilization of CRM System. 8. Prepare and assist with estimating, job walks, proposal preparation and project execution, including data book preparation and craft training. 9. Assist with the business and administrative efforts including billing, collection, asset management, etc. 10. Assist with strategic planning including vendor alliances and labor negotiations. 11. Assist with securing additional labor resources, labor coordination and scheduling as required. 12. Work with customers concerning component replacement, modifications, improvements, scheduling and operational issues. 13. Assist with mentoring and training UPS personnel as required. 14. Assist with developing training criteria and documentation as required. 15. Assist with promotion and developing other services offered within UPS. Position reports to Chief Operating Officer.
