Job Description
The SE is primarily responsible for supporting the Cisco VOIP and Video infrastructure, and delivering service solutions around Cisco’s Unified Communications systems. These include Cisco Communications Manager / SRST, Unity, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, Cisco Jabber (CUPS), Cisco Meetingplace, SIP, and Cisco Emergency Responder. Video infrastructure consists of Cisco MCU’s, Cisco Telepresense C60/40s, EX60s, SX20s, and Cisco Telepresence Management Suite.
In addition, the SE will be responsible for the general LAN/WAN support as needed.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable level of competence including:
o Networking: Cisco Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Unified Communications suite. LAN, MPLS WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VoIP, QoS, BGP, SIP, H323, MGCP, SCCP, ISDN, & CAS
- Work well with other people in the same office and as a virtual team.
- Able to work independently and without supervision.
- Open to travel to ABC Corp's Locations worldwide as required.
- Thorough understanding of the OSI network model, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry knowledge.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Must be able to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels.

Job Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 5 + years of experience in Networking LAN/WAN experience, to include 2+ years of Cisco VOIP/Unified Communications network administration
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Cisco CCENT, CCNA Voice/Video, CCNP Voice or equivalent certification
